Q Do you support customization/Can I have my logo on the product?

A Yes, we provide both OEM&ODM service, if you need customized service, you should only provide the product drawings and show us the detailed request.

Q How about the payment?

A Generally, 30% deposit TT before production, 70% balance before shipment.

Q How can you guarantee the quality of mass production?

A Before mass production, we can send sample to confirm first. During the production, we have QC to make sure every process is under controlled. And the final inspection before shipment. The testing video would be sent before shipment.

Q How long is your delivery time?

A Owning a 200,000 square meter plant and over 500 employees, generally a regular or 20ft order would be delivered within 15 days.

Q How long it will be taken to develop a new molding according to the drawings?

A Generally speaking, it would be within 20-30 days.
