Anhui Feilong New Material Co., Ltd. is a company which is integrating R&D, manufacturing and sale in one for municipal supporting products, especially for all kinds of manhole covers, trench covers, draining system, etc. By focusing on R&D and constantly investing in improving manufacturing capabilities and processes, Feilong is committed to pushing the industry forward with the development of quality standards and innovations to meet the ever-changing demands of customers. Located in Lintou town, Hanshan county, which is known as the Hometown of Casting in East China, Feilong Group owns a 200,000 square meter factory, including 9 standardized digital workshops, 200 units(sets) hydraulic equipments, 7 digital automated production lines and over 500 employees. Always uphold the spirit of craftsmanship, we’ve passed CE,ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001,etc. 

Until now, Feilong has more than 800 product specifications and has won dozens of national patents. There are totally 4 series product lines high strength composite material products, ductile cast iron material products, new SMC material products and stainless steel products. Standing firmly by quality, winning firmly by proficient, in the past years of development, Feilong continuous growth and brand positioning are all relied onto the long term partnership with variety channel customers.

QDo you support customization Can I have my logo on the product?

AYes, we provide both ODM&OEM service, if you need customized service, you should only provide the product drawings and show us the detailed request.
 

QHow about the payment?

AGenerally, 30% deposit TT before production ,70% balance before shipment.
 

QHow can you guarantee the quality of mass production?

ABefore mass production, we can send sample to confirm first. During the production, we have QC to make sure every process is under controlled. And the final inspection before shipment. The testing video would be sent before shipment.
 

QHow long is your delivery time?

AOwning a 200,000 square meter plant and over 600 employees, generally a regular 20ft order would be delivered within 15 days.
 

QHow long it will be taken to develop a new molding according to the drawings?

AGenerally speaking, it would within 20-30 days.
